We’re excited to say that the LGBTQ+ Defence Awards are back for 2024 and Nominations are now open!
The Awards showcase the achievements, success and innovation of LGBTQ+ professionals across the entire aerospace, defence & security industry. The inaugural LGBTQ+ Defence Awards took place in October 2023, and brought together the broad spectrum of UK Defence for the first time to celebrate and promote LGBTQ+ inclusion. The awards also raised funds for Fighting With Pride as the Charity Partner, to help enable our work supporting LGBT+ Veterans, serving personnel and families.
This year there are 17 categories for Industry and Armed Forces awards, allies, advocates, networks, and a Veterans Award that also welcomes nominations for individuals working outside of the defence sector.
Nominations close on 28th June 2024.
