You are invited to join Cyrenians for a wellbeing workshop for women with a military connection, ‘Rise and Renew’. It combines relaxation, creative and green fingered workshops for the next few months – Open to all women with a military connection, past and present.

This workshop is ‘Nature Yoga’.
