Beth is our VCW for the Midlands. Beth joined the Army in 2017, attending the year long officer training course at Sandhurst before commissioning into the Education and Training Services. Beth worked as an Educator both in the UK and overseas obtaining her PGCE and MSc in Education alongside teaching and training members of the British Armed forces, a role she took great pride in.

Having worked alongside solders who were soon to be leaving the Armed Forces Beth understands the difficulties faced by the Veteran community and throughout her various role in the military she strived to ensure personnel had the qualifications and support needed to thrive in the civilian sector.

Beth left the Army in 2025 to look for new challenges in the civilian sector where she could still support members of the armed forces. She has a passion for learning and development and supporting other to achieve whatever they set their minds to. Beth is a keen linguist and spent time in the military learning Arabic as well self-teaching Spanish and is working on developing her Portuguese! She understands the value of clear communication to build communities and trust. Beth’s other hobbies include music, particularly playing guitar, as well as sports and fitness, particularly weightlifting and running.
